- Have a positive thought about yourself for one minute or more every day
- Think and focus on positive things and interests
- Be the first to offer smile to others
- Respect yourself as a human being and give yourself a moment of peace
- Do not threaten people
- Practise non-violence
- Avoid banging doors
- Speak softly,speak sweetly,speak less and listen more,so as not to impose your authority over others
- Carry out duties ethically and sincerely
- Remove ill feelings inside our heart and mind
